Workshop Activities:

1. Welcome and Introduction (5 minutes)

  • Icebreaker: A quick and fun icebreaker!

2. Stress Relief Dance Session (10 minutes)

  • Guided Dance: A fun, energizing dance session with simple moves that everyone can follow.
  • Reflection: opportunity to share how you felt during and after the dance.

3. Breathing Exercises (10 minutes)

  • Guided Exercise: participate in a series of deep breathing exercises.
  • Reflection: opportunity to share experiences.

4. Guided Meditation (10 minutes)

  • Guided Meditation: participate in a calming meditation session focused on relaxation and letting go of stress.
  • Reflection: opportunity to share how you felt during and after the meditation.

5. Closing and Next Steps (5 minutes)

  • Q&A: The floor opens for any questions or final thoughts!
