Payments, Cancellation & Insurance Terms

An $800 non refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot on this retreat. All remaining retreat balances are due no later than April 30, 2027. Payment plans may be offered at our discretion; however, all payments, including deposits are non refundable and non transferable. If you have payment questions please contact [email protected]. Failure to complete your final payment by deadline may result in forfeiture of your spot without refund of any payments made.


All retreat payments are final. By registering for the retreat, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, included but not limited to:

  • Personal or family emergency
  • Illness, injury or medical conditions
  • Weather events or natural disaster
  • Travel delays or cancellations
  • Changes in personal circumstances
  • Act of God, pandemics, or government restrictions

This policy applies to all payments made, including the deposit and any subsequent installments and will not be waived or negotiated under any circumstances.


Payments are non transferable and may not be applied to another retreat, coaching or future event.


Neither Verblis Yoga & Wellness or Puraveen Beauty & Wellness nor retreat leaders are responsible for any cost incurred due to inability to attend.


Included in Retreat Investment:

  • 5 days / 4 nights luxury accommodations

  • daily meals
  • yoga & meditation sessions
  • Nutritional Education
  • Dance Immersions
  • Onsite activities (Tennis & Pickleball, sailing, snorkeling, kayaks, pedal boats. Golfing,horseback riding)
  • Transportation to and from the Resort (on the first and last day of the retreat)

Not Included:

  • Airfare
  • Travel or health Insurance
  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Any International Travel requirements in effect at the time of travel
  • Staff gratuities (we recommend bringing approximately $50 cash for tips)

Travel Insurance:

You are solely responsible for protecting your financial investment in the event you are unable to attend for any reason. We strongly recommend purchasing Insurance that includes trip cancellation, trip interruption, and medical coverage, and we recommend you consider a “cancel” for any reason (CFAR) policy.


We require travel insurance to protect your investment, as we are not responsible any losses, expenses, or damages related to travel interruptions, airline changes, medical issues or unforeseen circumstances.


Travel insurance should be purchased within 21 days of paying your deposit in order to qualify for full coverage benefits. You may always add travel insurance after 21 days of paying your deposit, but you may not receive full coverage benefits. If airfare has not been purchased at the time you obtain insurance, you are responsible for adding your flight to your policy once booked.
